Hotel Grifone is ready to welcome you in complete safety to spend your skiing holiday in Madonna di Campiglio in complete relaxation in the splendid scenery of the Brenta Dolomites in Trentino.

Aware of the current health situation in Italy, we are adapting our structure to welcome you in complete safety by adapting all spaces to the new protocols, taking maximum care of our customers and their health.

Wide spaces, respected distances and the sanitization and ventilation of the restaurant, Kinder Club and wellness area at every turn and at regular intervals are our guarantee of a safe hotel for your completely relaxing mountain holiday!

MEASURES OF A GENERAL NATURE

Hand sanitizing gels available to all guests and disposable gloves in all common areas
Sanitation and sanitation of rooms and common areas with medical-surgical principals recognized by the Ministry of Health
Training of all the staff of the Hotel Grifone who will ensure compliance with safety distances and anti-contagion rules
New layout of spaces in the restaurant, piano bar, Kinder Club, wellness area and all common areas which will ensure adequate distances between guests. Meals will be served at the table by the dining room staff, with the same variety and quality as the products previously offered
Information material available to guests in the rooms and common areas which illustrate the rules to be respected for everyone's health.
Masks and protection kits in all rooms for personal use
We also continue to activate new services to be provided to our guests by implementing the Security Protocol to better manage all operational aspects.

Will there be a specific check-in procedure?
To ensure the safety of guests in the facility, body temperature will be measured using a thermoscanner.
Will check-in and check-out times change?
Check-In is guaranteed from 2.30 pm onwards. We ask for the maximum collaboration of our guests in compliance with the Check-out time at 10:00 to facilitate cleaning and sanitization activities.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, we recommend contactless payment, but we still accept cash, remembering that the limit in Italy is €2,999. Payments by bank/postal check are not accepted.
Do you accept the holiday bonus?
Yes, Hotel Grifone adheres to the use of Holiday Bonuses for stays with check-ins up to 31 December. Ask for more information at Reception.
Ventilation systems?
In the more sensitive common areas such as the Spa, swimming pool and KinderClub you will find brand new room ventilation systems in line with the latest health standards.
Will dinner and breakfast take place differently?
We will apply distancing and prevention measures as regards the restaurant room: in particular, our breakfast buffet will be manned by the dining room staff who will guarantee a quick and safe service.
