Hotel Grifone hosts children from 0 to 3 years free of charge, with the only addition of the daily cot cost.
Special rates may be available for two adults and two children under 12 years of age occupying two rooms.

4 legged friends
We welcome small pets at the rate of €10.00/night, with the exception of service dogs for which no charge is applied. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area.

Late end early check in
If you plan to arrive early in the morning and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend managing your reservation with the early check-in option (subject to availability). Likewise, for late departures, book with the late check-out option (check costs). By not choosing these two options, the hotel staff will still be available to store your luggage.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the stay, the cancellation must take place within 14 days from the expected date of arrival, with the consequent right to a refund of the deposit. The cancellation communicated between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival determines the retention of the deposit paid. Cancellation communicated 7 days before or no-show will result in the withholding of the entire amount. In case of early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
