  • Hotel Grifone hosts children from 0 to 3 years free of charge, with the only addition of the daily cot cost.
    Special rates may be available for two adults and two children under 12 years of age occupying two rooms.

  • We welcome small pets at the rate of €15.00/night, with the exception of service dogs for which no charge is applied. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area.
  • If you plan to arrive early in the morning and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend managing your reservation with the early check-in option (subject to availability). Likewise, for late departures, book with the late check-out option (check costs). By not choosing these two options, the hotel staff will still be available to store your luggage.
  • WITH DEPOSIT
    • Cancellation from the time of booking until the 8th day before the arrival date does not incur any penalty.
    • Cancellation from day 7 (before the arrival date) until the day of arrival, will incur a penalty of 100% penalty of 100 penalty of 100% of the booked services.

    • Free cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date
    • A 30% deposit is required

    SHORT STAY
    • For stays up to 2 nights

    • Cancellation from day 7 (before the arrival date) until the day of arrival, will incur a penalty of 100% of the booked services.

    Delay in arrival, early departure or interruption of stay:
    In case of late arrival, early departure or interrupted stay, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
    In accordance with Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is not applicable to reservations for accommodation services. The cancellation conditions also apply in the event of supervening impossibility.
