• Family Plan
  Hotel Grifone hosts children from 0 to 3 years free of charge, with the only addition of the daily cot cost.
  Special rates may be available for two adults and two children under 12 years of age occupying two rooms.

• 4 legged friends
  We welcome small pets at the rate of €15.00/night, with the exception of service dogs for which no charge is applied. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area.
• Late end early check in
  If you plan to arrive early in the morning and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend managing your reservation with the early check-in option (subject to availability). Likewise, for late departures, book with the late check-out option (check costs). By not choosing these two options, the hotel staff will still be available to store your luggage.
• Cancellation policy
  • For non-deposit rates, free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • For deposit rates, free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival (with a refund of the amount paid). After this period, 30% of the total amount will be charged. From the 7th day onwards, the full stay amount will be charged.
  • For stays of up to 2 nights, free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the arrival date. After that, the hotel will charge a penalty of 100% of the total cost. In case of a no-show, the full stay amount will be charged.
• Terms of payment
  We accept cash payments up to € 4999.00, debit cards and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club.
